                                              CHOCOLATE TRUFFES

These chocolate truffes made with muesli melt in your mouth.
And they make very good Chrismas presents!



INGREDIENTS:

100 grammes muesli
50 grammes sugar
50 grammes chocolate
2 tablepoons oranje juice
2 tablepoons chocolate

METHOD:
First mix the muesli and sugar in a bowl.
After rub the butter into then mixture with your fingers.
Then grate the chocolate into the mixture. Add the orange juice.Mix the ingredients.
Next flatten the mixture into the bottom of the bowl. Put it in the fridge for eight hours.
Finally shape the mixture into small balls and roll in chocolate powder.
