CHRISTMAS BISCUITS BY NARA

CHRISTMAS BISCUITS

INGREDIENTS:
- 280g butter
- 150g sugar
- 250g flour
- 160g ground almonds
- 125g ground hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2/3 raspberry jam

METHOD:
First, beat the butter, sugar, flour, ground nuts cinnamon.
Next, roll the dough into a ball. Cover with cellophane.  Put in the fridge for one hour.
Later, roll out dough. Cut into tree shapes. With a straw make. 5 holes in the biscuit.
After that, put on baking tray. Bake at 350ยบ for 10 minutes.
Finally, make jam sandwiches with the biscuits.
