  NUTTY BROWN BREAD ICE-CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

• 100g fresh brown breadcrumbbs. 
• 100g brown sugar, 600ml double cream.
• 100g walnuts, chopped.

METHOD:

First,  cover the oven dish with tinfoil brush with oil.

Next, sprinkle the breadcrumbs and brown sugar on the oven dish. Grill for5 minutes.

Later, leave the breadcrumbs  and brown sugar to cool.

After that, in a bowl, fold in the breadcrumbs, brown sugar and walnuts into the double cream.
