Christmas biscuits by Sara Palomanes

Ingredients:

· 280 g butter
· 150 g sugar
· 250 g flour
· 160 g ground almonds
· 125 g ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 raspberry jam

Method:

1.- First, beat the butter, sugar, flour, ground nuts and cinnamon.
2.- After that, roll the dough into a ball. Cover with cellophane. Put in the fridge for one hour.
3.- Next, roll out dough. Cut into tree shapes. With a straw, make 5 holes in the biscuits.
4.- Then, put on baking tray. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
5.- Finally, make jam sandwiches with the biscuits.
