Hawaii is group of islands in the pacific ocean. There are eight islands. The capital of Hawaii is Honolulu.

In Hawaii there are different types of fish, turtle,whales,dolphins....

The girls normally dance Hula.It's their traditional dance. They wear flowers, a top, a short skirt and a necklace.Flowers are a very important part of this traditional dance. 

Surf is the most important sport. Children start surfing when they are very young. Surf started in 1905 in Hawaii.

The second important sport is canoeing. Canoeing is very popular in Hawaii.In Hawaii this is the traditional sport and it is called paddling, 

Another traditional dance is the "Haka". Haka comes from Polinesia. Hawaiians dance it before they go canoeing.
