Flapjacks by Julen Ruiz de Loizaga

                                                                  

Ingredients
225 grammes butter
2 tablespoons honey
85 grammes sugar
pinch of salt
340 grammes porridge
115 grammes raisins

Method
First, melt the butter, sugar and honey in a  saucepan.
Turn off the heat.
Then, add the porridge oats, the salt and raisins. Mix well.
After, put the mixture into a greased oven dish. Flatten wich a spoon. Bake at 180ºC for 20 to 30 minutes.
Finally, cut the flapjacks into rectangles. Eat after 30 minutes.
