Pink Ice Cream By Xabier Arrue

Ingredients:

1- 250g strawberries.

2-1 plain yoghourt.
3- Juice of half lemon.
4-100g raspberries.
5- 4 tablespoons cream.
6- 2 tablespoons sugar.
7- 1 packet vanilla sugar.


Method:

1- First, purée the fruit into a big bowl. Add the sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon juice. Then, mix well.
2- Next, whip the scream.
3- Later, add the yoghourt and the whipped cream to the fruit. Mix well. After that, pour into individual bowls.
4- After, freeze the ice cream for 2 hours. Stir with a fork. Finally, freeze then for another hour.
