ROCK CAKE BY ANE ERQUICIA


INGREDIENTS

240 grammes of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of mixed spice
120 grammes of butter
120 grammes of chocolate



1-     First grease a baking tray: Preheat the oven to 210ºC.

2-     Then mix the flour, the baking power and the mixed spice in the butter.

3-     After add the sugar, the raisins, the candied peel and the orange juice.

4-     Next shape the mixture into small heaps. Put them on the baking tray. Sprinkle them with sugar.

5-     Finally bake for 12 minutes. Serve after 30 minutes.
