
· 280g butter
·150g sugar
·250g flour
·160g ground almonds
·150g ground hazelnuts
·1teaspoon ground cinnamon
·2/3 raspberry jam
Method:
First, beat the butter, sugar, flour, ground nuts and cinnamon.
Then, rolll the dough into ball. Cover with cellophane. Put in the fridge for one hour.
Next, roll out the dough. Cut into tree shapes. With a straw, make 5 holes in the biscuits.
After put on baking tray. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Finally, make jam sandwiches with the biscuits.
