Pop corn by Irati Bengoetxea.

INGREDIENTS:
150 popcorn
1 tablespoon oil
salt or sugar

METHOD:
1 First mix the oil and the popcorn in a big saucepan.

2 Then put a lid saucepan and cook slowly. Do not remove the lid!

3 Next remove from the heat. Listen! remove the lid when the corn stops popping.

4 Finally in a big bowl, mix the popcorn with sugar or with salt.
